Founded in 2010 and MBE-certified in 2012, IMB Partners is a private equity firm based in Bethesda, MD. IMB has 9 active partner companies and focuses on two sectors: utilities and government contracting.
IMB Partners first collaborated with 51 Labs in 2021 to produce video content that would effectively showcase and humanize the firm. Over the last few years, the scope of work has grown to currently include LinkedIn strategy and execution for both the firm and their portcos selectively.
Beginning in 2021, IMB Partners aimed to elevate the firm’s market presence and attract potential investors and sellers through a comprehensive marketing overhaul, including a refined strategy, targeted campaigns, and high-quality video content. The projects following encompassed a significant LinkedIn revamp, featuring profile optimization, yearly content calendars, personal storytelling, and proactive engagement tactics.
This integrated approach increased website traffic and LinkedIn engagement, boosted lead generation, and expanded the firm’s social following. The enhanced marketing and sales collateral further improved pitch effectiveness, positioning IMB Partners as a diverse and influential player in the private equity industry.
