CLIENTS
Private equity firms and their portfolio companies are our core client base. We also work with investment banks, hedge funds, VC firms, lenders, law firms and other service providers to the PE industry.

SERVICES
Marketing strategy, brand development, content strategy, web design & development, video, LinkedIn content marketing, email marketing, and other digital marketing services. Please reference the case studies on our website.

JOB BACKGROUND
We’re looking for someone with 4-7 years of marketing experience. The team currently includes 2 AAEs, 2 AEs, 1 SAE, 1 video editor, 1 graphic designer, 1 web project manager, and the Co-CEOs (Jing & Jordan). The Co-CEOs spend 25-50% of their week executing client work instead of hiring, sales, marketing, managing the finances, HR, legal, and everything else it takes to run a business!

We’re at an inflection point where we can double revenue within a year if the Co-CEOs can shift their bandwidth to growing the top line.

QUALIFICATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Experience: 4-7 years in public relations and/or related fields including advertising, management consulting, brand strategy, media, and publishing at an agency or in corporate marketing. Preferred but not required to have worked with clients in private equity, hedge funds, VC, and investment banking
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in PR, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Leadership: Mentor a team of account executives and in-house / freelanced specialists. Train best practices, standard operating procedures, and ensure the team delivers high-quality work
  • Account Management: You will oversee the team of account executives and specialists. You will also oversee account budgets, track time entries, and ensure profitability. Prepare regular team performance data and reports for internal review
  • Marketing Strategy: We’re looking for someone with experience developing marketing plans for clients and overseeing the execution of those plans. This requires someone who knows how to go deep with clients on their business and strategy to advise on marketing strategy and tactics
  • Copywriting / Copyediting: Review copy produced by the execution team of LinkedIn posts and articles, long-form articles, blog posts, and other written copy

About Us

Jing Li-Selleck and Jordan Selleck met on Match.com in New York in 2010, married in 2012, and live in Alpharetta with their two young children (Ella 7, Hunter 4).

Jordan did global investment banking for 6 years, 2 months, 8 days. He worked on teams selling businesses in countries like Singapore, Scotland, China, Japan, and the U.S.

If you Zoom with Jordan, there’s a 47% chance he’s on the bike indoors training for an upcoming Ironman. Jing encourages him to have abs one day, but he ain’t giving up the mint chocolate chip ice cream.

They founded 51 Vets 501c3, a non-profit helping Navy SEALs and other elite veterans to get jobs in finance and consulting. Jordan is the Chairman and dedicates five hours weekly to the cause.

Jing did corporate & securities law for 7 years, primarily helping Chinese corporates enter the U.S. through M&A and public offerings.

Jing is passionate about supporting disabled endurance athletes through the Kyle Pease Foundation. At 4:30am, Jing will typically be training for an Ironman race or marathon. She’s raced in 5 half-Ironmans and 5 marathons.
